What we collect

At checkout, we collect your name, email and order details so we can fulfil your order. Stripe Checkout handles card payments. We never see your card numbers. Read Stripe's privacy policy for information about its payment service.

When you send an inquiry or custom order message, we collect the details you share, including your name, email, optional phone number, message and any reference image. Messages are stored in the shop's private inquiry inbox, which the shop reads. We keep them until they are answered and closed.

Analytics

We use cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits to our site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep details

We keep order records as needed to fulfil the order and meet tax requirements. We keep inquiries until they are answered and closed.

Your choices

To ask for a copy of your details or request deletion, use our contact page. We may need to keep order records for tax requirements. We will explain what we can delete when we reply.
